1. Scope
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively intended for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. A business is a natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership acting in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.
2. Contracting Parties, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options

By listing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You may initially add our products to your shopping cart without obligation and can correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order using the correction options provided during the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products in your shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

The language(s) available for contract conclusion: German, English
We store the contract text and send you the order details and our Terms and Conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet.
4. Delivery Terms
Delivery Options
We ship the products to the delivery address provided during the order process.
Delivery is only by shipping. Collection on-site is unfortunately not possible.
We do not deliver to parcel stations.
5. Payment
5.1 Prices
The prices indicated at the time of order apply. These are total prices. We do not charge VAT.
5.2 Payment Methods
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
Bank Transfer (Advance Payment)
If you choose bank transfer, we will provide our bank details in a separate email, and the goods will be shipped after receipt of payment.
Cash on Pickup
You pay the invoice amount in cash when collecting the goods.
Credit Card
During the order process, you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.
PayPal, PayPal Express
To pay via PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, log in with your credentials, and confirm the payment. The transaction is processed immediately by PayPal after placing the order. Further information is provided during the order process.
PayPal may offer additional payment options to selected registered customers. We have no influence on these offers; such options are strictly between you and PayPal. More information is available in your PayPal account.
